Our old refrigerator quit working, so we bought this one. Our old one was french doors with the freezer on the bottom and it came with the condo we bought. My wife prefers the side by side. This one had the water and ice dispenser, it was the right size for our space and it was a great price. The only reason I don't give it five starts is that the air intake grill in the freezer was bent on the bottom.

The space design doesn't leave a lot of options for rearranging shelves, but door shelve options are good. The filtered water is good. The ice has started to become a problem have a repair tech coming to figure out loud hitting noise in freezer (most likely a fan). I would have liked a different model but this is what fit the cabinets in my kitchen.

After over 2 1/2 decades of using a GE traditional refrigerator, circumstances nudged us-water pooling at the bottom and circulating moldy air- to procure a new unit. We considered the Frigidaire unit for 1) company track record;2) practical features such as ice and water dispenser, filters for water and air, active air circulation to ensure even cooling;side by side set up that was of the right size for a house built 25 + years ago-smaller kitchen space for refs;and c) price point including the vendor's offer of 12 months interest free financing. So far all essential expectations are met. However, we also note a couple of items that can be better in future versions: 1) The shelving is not flexible enough for our need. We had to procure shelf organizer to maximize use of space in both the ref and freezer sections. The latter is a headache as the wire shelves do not lend very well to wire racks;2) Cube and Crushed Ice - they work but dispensing is a total mess with cubes and crushed ice dropping out widely and not fully captured by traditional sized glasses/cups. We had to make adjustments in how we use to minimize mess;3)Lighting - when the shelves are fully loaded, the top mounted light is next to useless for the lower shelves. Saw in some LG and Samsung higher end units where LED lighting are mounted also on the outer part of the door allowing for a full unit illumination;4) Crisper - we have 2 but noticed no passive management of humidity unlike in other brands;5) Air Circulation - freezing on the top shelf is still happening even if we have followed guidance not to impair vents;6) Noise - hum level is a bit higher compared to our old unit. I guess we'll get use to it in the coming months. All these are not insurmountable or adaptable issues but it would have been great if we don't have to encounter it or knew about it before purchase. In summary - we are banking that this unit will last as long as well as enjoy using it or even longer than our 1st unit.

Fridge is working fine just very noisy. The unit is loud and working hard all of the time, perhaps it™™s the fan because it stops when a door is opened. (We have had a large number of refrigerators over the years and none have been like this.)I like the ice, however it is also loud when drops at any level and when fills tray again.

Over the years of utilizing fridges Frigidaire has been the number one that I have seen many homes and rental properties have. However when tasked with purchasing my own fridge I went a different route to see other options. I have been gifted a fancy expensive cafe fridge which broke down in a matter of 6 months of use. I also had a crosley which broke down within 3 years needing parts that were already discontinued indefinitely. However with Frigidaire, the fridge that I have had in my home the longest and the one I have utilized as my backup multiple times, has continued to work without any issues. So I upgraded to a newer Frigidaire model for my main fridge and moved my first fridge down to the basement as a continued backup and I have had no issues. This model was priced very well and had everything that I wanted and needed in the design. The style and color go great with my kitchen and of course I went and bought a Frigidaire stove to match with it and I'm very pleased with both of these products. If you are looking for a fridge that will last a lifetime this is the brand to go. No matter where I move or go I will hope it is a Frigidaire and never have to worry again.

This refrigerator works perfect for us. Ice and water in the door and it fits perfectly in the spot. The height includes the hinges but that part doesn™™t go under the cabinets so it fits fine.

So far so good. Only problem we had was 2 door trays were the wrong size. we bought a 33" refrigerator and I think the trays were for a standard 36" refrigerator. I called Lowe's and at first they gave me a hard time but eventually a supervisor there gave me the right size trays which she got from their store warehouse out back. I haven't connected the water line yet so I don't know if that's OK. Everything else seems to be working fine.

Fridge was a want not a need. I wanted more space. My only complaint is the water through the door isn™™t cold. Wouldn™™t hurt to put in a small holding tank so there would be chilled water. It also didn™™t come with a deli drawer. I™™m going to have to figure something out.

Despite negative reviews about the water & ice dispenser it was easy getting used to where to align a glass (after a few spills to the floor, as there is not a real 'catch tray' & no drainage). I purchased this model for being side by side, included ice & water and was (in) 'the family' Frigidaire ?? After set up, I was concerned about space, but, even that impressed me once I transferred everything It has good lighting Easy adjustable settings and it looks great in my kitchen!

The fridge works, cools and freezes as expected. The ice and water maker are also pretty good for now after one week of use. Knocked of a star because I realized the fridge was discontinued by Frigidaire even though it is the newest of the series. The door has only 2 upper shelves considering it™™s small size whereas most fridges come with 3.
