It is a too rare occasion that one truly enjoys selecting a product, purchasing the product and then using the product, as much as we did in choosing a range from Albano Appliances.

The patience of each of your sales people, and yourself, in helping us decide which stove to purchase was very important. It made the final satisfaction, of turning that knob on for the first time in our home, a great finish to the experience. I have to say, we tried out each of the brands and researched for questions to ask you and your staff, and were always greeted with quality answers and further information, when it seemed relevant. Being treated to an excellent meal, prepared by Chef Jehan, in your showroom, provided an opportunity to test drive the stove and anticipate similar results in our home.

Once the purchase was finally made, we felt even better about the choice because the options had been made so clear. When you feel better after parting with funds, than before, you know the seller is doing things right.

Delivery went well with a very competent and careful crew (425 LBS is not easily placed in a cabinet with 1/8" clearance). One cosmetic issue was quickly set at ease and taken care of rapidly by your company.

Again, thanks to you and your very capable staff in completing our home's kitchen. Now, it's off to cook something!

Hi Mike,

Last summer you helped Josh and me choose appliances for our kitchen renovation. You spent a lot of time with us and really got us educated on what was available, what options were important, and how to choose wisely. You also intervened for us when we had a delivery problem with the refrigerator.

I want to express my thanks to you and the people who work at Albano's for helping me with my recent order of new kitchen appliances. Choosing appliances in your store was far more pleasant, informative and productive than other experiences I have had. Both Doug and Jehan are extremely knowledgeable and better able to answer questions than virtually any other sales people I have ever met.

The order was not without issues and delays. Unfortunately, mistakes were made and, after a very long wait, some wrong size appliances were delivered. However, the care and responsiveness I received from Bill and his crew were unlike anything I have experienced in many years of home renovations. Bill and Ted were so careful and helpful, and they made a difficult situation much easier to manage. They were unfailingly polite, professional and did a wonderful job installing the seven appliances. They made sure that the job was done well and with great care. Bill, in particular, is an absolute prince and is clearly an experienced professional. He deserves some serious kudos, as he is an extremely valuable asset to your company.

I truly appreciate the lengths to which you and your company went in order to make this right. That degree of follow through has certainly not been my experience with several other appliance stores. As a real estate agent, I am often asked to recommend companies for home renovations. I often do so at great personal risk, hoping that the end result will not be below expectations. I have already shared my very positive Albano's experience with my Sotheby's colleagues. And I will certainly recommend with confidence that my clients use Albano's.

I just wanted to say thank you for the successful installation of a washer and dryer at my home February 14, 2008. Bill and his men did an excellent job of fitting the machines into a tight spot. In addition, they overcame some obstacles in plumbing with expertise! Dear Mr. Albano,

I wanted to bring to your attention the superior service provided by two of your employees, Mike on the sales floor, and Jose in the repair shop. I had had the proverbial run-around in mid-July from GE regarding my GE Monogram refrigerator and was at the end of my rope. GE was swearing that they could not get the required part for this leaking fridge until August 15, at which point we were going to be away on vacation. (They told me simply to "turn off the fridge" to stop the leak!) Thanks to some prompt action on the part of Mike and Jose last week, the evaporator cover arrived miraculously overnight, and GE had everything repaired, at no cost, by this past Tuesday, August 1.

It's service like this that keeps customers like us coming back to your store.

This letter is to thank all of the people at your store that was instrumental in helping us change our refrigerator which had a factory defect and required replacing.

Your salesperson Mike was especially helpful in finding the proper way in which to have the product evaluated by a company representative and changed with little inconvenience to our home as possible.

Your Service people were extremely conscious of our new home and interior moving the old unit our and the new unit in with a professional manner which is to be commended. The head of the team went out of his way to get up early on a Saturday morning drive all the way to Southington, CT to pick up the replacement unit and deliver it along with Mike and others to our home before the Thanksgiving holiday which was the following Thursday.
